Rx: Exploring the Liminal

I made this Bespoke Sound Healing in honor of my mother Jennifer on her birthday. Also, in honor of my grandfather John who passed away on this day last year.

I created something that can act as a doorway into the magic around us. To support you as you look around, and really see. I was drawn to using the solfeggio frequencies that relate to rootedness and intuition, which happened to be close to the same note in different frequency ranges: which felt like its own kind of magic.

Think of a copper chord that tethers you to the core of the earth, pulsing up a deep rumbling light, one you can both hear, feel, and see. Experience the deep energy running up your legs and through your torso, exhaling it up your spine, into your throat, and up between your eyes, where the intuition connection is born and thrives.

This is a sound healing that acts as both a protection and an expansion — to go beyond the felt or seen world and to experience true clair consciousness. It helps created a rooted channel of protection that allows for a deep sense of inner safety when connecting to the highest realms.

There is magic all around us and the more we tune into the majesty of true beauty, the more we can live and be amongst it.
